Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your delivery date for most items in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items from our Back In Stock collection (due to limited quantities)
  • CloudKnit apparel with removed tags or signs of wear
  • Products from final sale or clearance sections
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Return Process

1 Submit Your Return Request

Complete the Return Request Form below and email it to our customer service team within 15 days of delivery.

2 Receive Authorization

We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

3 Package Your Items

Include all original items, tags, and packaging. Place the return form inside your package.

4 Ship Your Return

Ship your package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly indicate “EXCHANGE” on your return form and specify your desired size/color
  3. If your requested exchange item is available, we’ll ship it once we receive your return
  4. If unavailable, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method

Exchanges follow the same shipping timelines as standard orders.
