Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your delivery date for most items in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items from our Back In Stock collection (due to limited quantities)
- CloudKnit apparel with removed tags or signs of wear
- Products from final sale or clearance sections
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Return Process
Complete the Return Request Form below and email it to our customer service team within 15 days of delivery.
We’ll review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Include all original items, tags, and packaging. Place the return form inside your package.
Ship your package to the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. To exchange an item:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate “EXCHANGE” on your return form and specify your desired size/color
- If your requested exchange item is available, we’ll ship it once we receive your return
- If unavailable, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method
Exchanges follow the same shipping timelines as standard orders.
